		<description>For those who love the Bash CLI, Cygwin is definitely a requirement. I'm surprised that it isn't up here. With Cygwin, it provides the SSH client/server for communicating with other unix systems, sftp, vim, emacs, and all that good stuff.</description>

For example I have: Win+C - open/close calculator. Win+BackSpace - eject/close cd-rom, Win+WheelDown - minimize active window</description>
